Hi ALL...I would like to take a few minutes to say a few
words...
First of all...I would like to thank one and all at Egger Truck
and Machine Ltd, from the office personnel who takes my calls and directs them
where-ever they should go...lets back up a few minutes...on my first visit to
your operation I was greeted by Mr Bill and directed to Sheldon as to my
inquiries and once entertained as to my requests Sheldon and I headed outside
to view a piece of equipment of which I was enquiring about...a unit that would
handle all of my wishes...front mower that could handle the removal of snow
that I would then be able to replace the three older pieces of equipment to one
that would do all.
I was in no hurry and
Sheldon was indeed very helpful in entertaining me in my questions...a service
that was not afforded to me at many other places.
I was then given a few
pamphlets to read over...and I was off to make my way home.
After a few days of
doing my homework, I was back up to Dunville and over a breakfast meeting with
Sheldon I was able to list my wants and needs and they were met...even afforded
me personal instructions in the "In & Outs" of operating the
piece of equipment I was to have.
It didn't stop
there...there were several connections to be made in order to align my
wishes...these were completed without delays...and before I knew it Iwas a proud owner of a Gravely "Rapid
XZ" with all the attachments...even a jacket to keep me warm...thanks.
Sorry...I don't have a
snap of the snow-blower & cab attachment as yet...forgive me!
Before everything was
ready to be delivered, I was surprised when Sheldon called to ask if I would be
interested in having the trade-ins removed from my home in order to make way
for the new equipment...this created a 2nd trip of which I was happy to have.
As I 'am a senior...I
wanted everything to make my job here at home a pleasant one, somy wife insisted on a cab enclosure for the
snow removal...but being a later wish, Bill & Sheldon suggested that they
would deliver the unit without the cab...Bill "stated that having the
machine here and the snow there...didn't make sense")...so I could get to
use to my new toy...boy was I happy and I could be ready for the storm heading
our way..."Wow" what a surprise a set of headlights were installed as
gift...thanks everyone.
Now a 3rd trip had to
be made...and a returned pick-up to fabricate and install the cab...so you can
see...it was not only a sale but a GREAT service provided to me...a very
rewarding experience.
Again I would like to
take this opportunity to thank one and all, from the ladies in the office and
the parts/service men for their part in making this possible..."an old
man's new toy" ...but I would be remised if I did not mention that Sheldon
went above and beyond...in going the extra miles to please me...Thanks Sheldon.
Along with my wife Mary, we would like to
wish each and everyone at EGGER'S a "Happy, Healthy and A Safe New
Year".
I wouldn't hesitate to
call or recommend "EGGER" to meet our or the needs of others...Mary
& Paul Scott
" Greetings! My experience with Egger Truck and Machine Ltd. was above and beyond the normal expected from any company like yours.
I only visited your place of business once and although you did not have the type of equipment in stock which I required at the price I could afford, I was given a business card by Sheldon which had the website on it.
I was able to check the website, find the machine that I wanted; with the equipment that I required, and consumate a purchase over the internet without even seeing the machine.
It was delivered to my home and I was really satisfied with the purchase, which was at a price I could afford.
When there was a problem with one part of the equipment you came back, took it to your shop, fixed it, and brought it back to me. When I am not sure about something if something goes wrong or I do not know how to fix it myself, one of your staff is always there to help me over the phone.
You have gone above and beyond what a normal business goes to with your sales and service and I am truly grateful more than words can say."
